@jaws1720 hi! Yes it was altered, I am 5’6” and wore probably 2 inch heels, so it was hemmed to hit the ground with those dimensions, and the bust was taken in. It was size 14 when I bought it and probably taken in to fit size 10-12 (in bridal dress sizing)
