krc82591 @ada1289 so the top part (corset) 29 1/2 inches around, 47 inches in length (whole dress) and 33 1/2 inches hips. The top is the only "tighter" part as it is flowy and loose all way down from there. :) shoulder caps can also be worn as straps or tucked in to make it strapless.
