Ampersand Avenue Ombre Half Zip Hoodie

Brand New! Size XS White to blue ombre / dip dye It is brand new but has some random small brown dots all over it. Not sure if something happened when it was being dyed but I bought it like that. There is also a small yellow spot on the white part of a sleeve. Not sure if they will wash out or not.
