Vintage, crystalline "mountain" of the fabulous, purple mineral & gemstone Amethyst, set in a sculptural, hand wrought, sterling silver, open back bezel. This is a very unique design featuring brutalist styling & is matched w/ an equally beautiful double twist 24" sterling chain stamped 925 & a Greek hallmark. Pendant: 1&3/4" x 1&1/4" x 1/2". Amethyst is believed to provide clarity. Derived from the Greek, "amethystos", means "not drunken”. Bezel tested with acid as sterling silver. Fantastic!
