American rag trouser jeans

I'm not 100% sure of style or size so please look at pics! The size on the label is all I have but its roughly 16.5 inches across. I currently wear a size 28 in forever 21 jeans and these fit a bit loose so I wanna say 29-30? Let me know any questions and I'll try my best to help!
