kariann235 @akdposh no she is pretty much like new. My daughter opened it on Christmas but then she pretty much sat in her room. The only thing that’s missing is the bracelet, and we are still looking for that. I wish we had the box too but unfortunately she ripped it trying the take her out. I have another American Girl Doll for sale as well if your interested. 😊
