American eagle floral bell sleeve top size small

This is such a cute top!! Ties at the front and falls right at the waist (if you’re taller it’s almost a crop top) has belle sleeves and a v neck. Size small- only worn once a year ago to thanksgiving dinner! So cute for summer or fall and goes great with a skirt and boots!
