I got these at savers and they're too tight -still have savers tag on- I never wore American eagle - next level stretch Size 4 Pretty sure high rise Really good used condition but probly need to be washed but that's it No rips Has fading that's supposed to be there I can get and post measurements if needed Reasonable offers accepted Has been in my storage, probably need to be washed
