sweetsteals Nope! You have to ship it yourself from the PayPal money! Or sometimes people will power the price +PM shipping! (set the listing to $0 and the buyer purchases the item so you get a shipping label) $40 is a lot more than I would spend though.. Just bought one for $20 on here, different color though..
