American Rag Sweater Dress

A low-sweeping cowl neck lends chic style to this sweater dress cut in a mini length. I think this is size medium but the size tag is missing. I wear size medium and this sweater dress fits me like a medium. MK belt not included but there are tiny belt loops sewn in dress.
