American Rag Open Back Blouse

This is for an American Rag button up top. It has a bit of a water color feel to it. The top can be buttoned up as baseball type tee, or unbuttoned as a long sleeve. Please see photos. There is a Keyhole back which allows for breezy look. No stains or holes! Will make a great addition to your wardrobe.
