American Rag Black Floral Halter Dress. Size XS but very forgiving. Fits more like Small/Medium Measures 40” in length. Halter is abled to be tied to fit to your liking. Elastic waist and bouncy skirt makes it elegant and sexy. I love this dress and always got a lot of compliments wearing it. The bust got stretched and is too big for me now. Larger chest (full C or bigger) would look best with this. I sewed a little bit at bottom of v-neck. Able to be undone. In great condition.
