Preowned dress in nice condition. I don’t see any flaws. 100% rayon feels like a gauzy fabric. Puffy double layer sleeves are something I have not come across before. 4 buttons down the center of chest are difficult to see in photos. Very sweet and delicate looking floral print. Tie on dress is removable and could tie in the front or back. Cinched elastic waist. V neck. Flowy skirt. Strips of crochet style lace at both shoulders. Might be able to wear this dress without the tie belt as the loops are small and difficult to see on this dress.
