@courtneyccp99 hello! The top isn’t damaged. There is a tiny mark in the felt but not too noticeable. The hat crease may need to be “re-shapen” to your liking - you can do that at a hat dealer. It’s a beautiful hat. This was a pricey hat ($285 originally) so lowest I can do is $35. It’s an original American Hat Co. Hope this answers your questions! Happy Poshing! ☺️
