American Girl JLY 27 Pretty blond, blue eyed, delicate featured Girl. I received her with her hair up. I have not taken it down. She has been in a box due to hubby's doll phobia. She is clean, stands well, eyes work, nice lashes and face. Some people don't like the neck cord and cut them. I'm not sure if this is what happened or not. She could have been tightened or sent to doll hospital. I just can't say why the cord has been shortened. Hair is fine, slightly layered and soft. She would make nice collection doll or kids doll. I am not saying she is perfect, just very nice.
