@lauracrist I added additional pictures of her hair, neck stamp and a close up of the blue mark. I am her original owner and I have had her for over 20 years. I can only speculate the blue make could be from a marker. I have not attempted to treat it. Please continue to ask me any questions you may have, I am happy to answer.
