American Eagle toddler velcro shoes

Like new chambray toddler sneakers from American Eagle by Payless. I think they were only worn once. They are slip on style, with elastic straps and velcro strap closure at top. The chambray fabric is canvas and the dark blue patches appear to be a faux suede material.
