American Eagle super stretch jeans SHORT

Purchased them off someone else here who forgot to mention they were SHORT... and I didn’t think to ask. So they are SHORT. Like short legs and short waisted. So I’m not sure what cut they are supposed to be because they say super stretch but feel like straight cut. They are in great condition and I’d keep them If I was shorter and short waisted.
