American Eagle flowy tank top with tieback neck

This is an American eagle tank/tube top, is fitted (and stretchy) across the breasts and had a strap that ties behind the neck. The bottom is very loose and flowy. It is marked a size small, but would also fit a size medium. This top has never been worn and is in brand new condition.
