American Eagle black & white plaid blouse

Worn once or twice, in great shape. It has some lace on the front and a keyhole which ties with the 2 tassels. You can leave it tied or untied. The sleeves have some elastic in them so they won’t slip down. It is slightly cropped so it is not a long shirt.
