shaggy112 @stacieroberson Hi, sorry for the slow response. I just saw your comments. I just measured and I'm getting 15" across the waist laying flat. My daughter wore these 2x I think? She had to wear black bottoms for her band concerts last year and I think that's the only time these were worn. I always hang jeans to dry so they've never been though the dryer. Sizing should be what you would expect!
