hi! sorry to be a bother, but can you tell me what you mean by the top of the collar? Do you mean at the top of the shoulder or where the neckline starts? Thank you very much!

@bloondie2 no bother at all. I started at the top of the neckline to the bottom. Top of shoulder to the bottom would be 21.5 inches.
