American Eagle Smocked Top Section; Black Lined Dress that would be a Great Swim Cover Up! This is a size Medium. I believe it’s a junior size medium but I could be incorrect. Please see approximate measurements. There is stretch in the top part with smocking. This is lined in the bottom part. There are stitching imperfections and loose stitches. This is in used condition showing all over wear with life left in it. The neck ties show the most wear. There may be other imperfections since this is not new and is used but has life left in it. One of the inside plastic hanging straps has been removed. Measurements are approximate and colors may be off because of lighting.
