American Eagle Sheer/Translucent Dress Swimsuit Cover

I think this is a dress, but I liked to use it as a swimsuit cover. The body of the dress is a black crinkle translucent fabric that is 100% cotton and is not stretchy. The top sheer part is polyester. It has black embroidery all over the top sheer part. Wide scoop neck with a little notch V. Button front. Elastic waist. Above the knee. Very small cap sleeve. Measurements: Pit to pit: 15.5 inches Waist: 12.25 inches across Length of dress measured in back at center from neck to bottom hem is 32 inches Length from waist to bottom of skirt is 18.5 inches
