American Eagle Ruffled Top

Sorry the color isn’t accurate in these pictures- it’s navy blue. The body is knit and the ruffles are a raw-edged gauze, longer in back than in front. Top of thigh length. Never worn. See pictures for fabric content. Let me know if you need more info.
