This style of short being a 00, fits a little lose due to being similar to a boyfriend style fit. I am 5’5, 125lbs and normally wear a 26 or 27 in jeans but was able to fit into these. They fit to about mid thigh rolled once or twice and then unrolled almost to my knee. They are 100% cotton and have already been washed and worn multiple times and still fit fine.
