American Eagle Outfitters Tunic Top

This top from American Eagles is dark gray and has lace design on the top half. I bought it over five years ago but have only worn it a couple of times. It is flowy and comfortable. The body is 100% polyester and the lace is a mix between cotton, nylon, and rayon.
