American Eagle Off the shoulder long sleeve

Long sleeve velvet off the shoulder shirt. Worn a couple of times but good as new with no rips. Strings at the end of the sleeves keep it cuffed to the arm. Super cute and comfortable. Stays on and doesn’t pop off the shoulders.
