American Eagle Off Shoulder Short Sleeve Blouse

One of my favorite pieces, unfortunately too big for me. This blouse is white with vertical black stripes and gorgeous detailing at the elastic off shoulder. The sleeves are short with two layers, providing a ruffled look. A bit short, reachers about 2 cm under the naval. The fabric is cotton, so it is very soft and still stylish!
