Super cute hi-low dress from American Eagle in EUC! Near new as only worn 2/3x! The material is chiffon-like & fully lined, so very flowy & breezy. Perfect for spring to summer, add a cardigan or denim jacket to transition. Neon orange & navy almost black colors are really pretty together! The double v neckline is very flattering but doesn't let your girls hang out, there's a tiny thread sewn to hold together. Cute bow-like back! Gathered elastic waist with thin thread belt loops for a sash.
