American Eagle Halter Bandeau

Bright blue halter bandeau top; ties at neck and back; adjustable tie in the middle; runs small (I wear a 34D and it is slightly small); fits like the top in the second picture but there is a tie in the middle; worn twice but it was just a little too small for my comfort; 83% nylon 17% spandex.
