American Eagle Flutter Sleeve Top

Cute vintage flutter sleeve top. Off white/cream color with band of light gray and light teal on sleeve. Great for casual summer evenings out. Elastic waist bottom, fits somewhere between regular length and a crop. Open keyhole back, with tie closure. Shoulder of shirt sit slightly out from normal neck line, around where a boat neck would. If it still fit I would keep it!
