@candaceds Hi! When I lay the top out flat it’s 12” across, however it’s smocked fabric, so it’s built with strips of elastic across the inside of the bust area. The fabric is SO stretchy it could literally fit anyone from xs to large. It’s a really cute, versatile top. 😊
