shannonstrikie @sweedes these are cropped pants. Some people call them captives others call them cropped. That’s why I listed as such. American Eagle list them as cropped.

shannonstrikie @sweedes I am sorry for just getting back to you. The waist isn’t high waisted, nothing in them says. The waist looks to be a regular height waist. I hope that makes sense and helps you.
