calleigh_mvl @angbracey sorry I’ve been moving out of my apartment all day yesterday and today so I wasnt really home to check. I’d say they are TTS for a medium with a good amount of stretch! It’s a smocked waistband and the cotton material has a fair amount of stretch to it. Hope that helps!
