American Apparel striped chambray pants

these are so cute I wish they fit me. Waist is 14.5 inches laid flat. They are mid rise, cuffed at the bottom (which you can undo if you prefer) with a straight leg cut. Tag says size 27, which is my usual size but these are too small for me.
