American Apparel Cropped Leggings

Black high waisted cropped American Apparel leggings. Size small. Bottom of legging falls just below the knee on myself (I'm 5'3"). They are 95% combed cotton, 5% elastane. Measuring flat on the ground, length is 23 and 3/4 inches and width of waist band is 9 and 1/2 inches across. Tag on inside is cut because it was bothering me when I wore them. You can see the tag on the Navy blue pair that is also listed in my closet. Only gently used.
