The actual measurements of the dress it's self are 38/32/41. This is made from thin, high-quality garment leather. There is a tiny bit of stretch as all garment leather would have, but I would take the measurements to heart. Considering that this is a truly vintage 1980s dress it is in nearly perfect condition. Clean and ready to wear right now. There are no odors, rips, stains, or fading. Back when this dress was purchased new, it had metal stud decorations around the neck line, which were removed. There are small indentations, where the studs were, but they are barely noticeable. I have supplied close up pictures of the neck line. You could always replace these with rhinestones or studs of your choice, but I preferred to wear a necklace. The dress was professionally leather cleaned years ago, and wasn't worn afterwards but has been hanging in my closet forever! It is fully lined in in matching red nylon and it is made from Italian style garment leather, which is smooth. (Not suede) It is pictured on my size 6 mannequin who is very curvaceous!
