Top measurements: Circumstance: 25.5 (but has some stretch) Cup size: I would guess a B or C cup. Distance across cup: 7 inches. Top to bottom: 8 inches Bottom measurements: Top waist band to crotch front: 9 inches, back waistband to crotch 10.5 inches Length across- hip to hip: 15 inches, approximately 30 inches around.
