Worked just fine the last time it was played on. Comes with pink case there is a very small initial "H" barely noticeable in upper right hand corner of tablet case. See picture. Tablet has very faint scratches from normal wear and tear on screen...very hard to see can't get a good picture of them. These scratches are barely noticeable and only at a certain angle. Not noticable while playing. This does not not come with a warranty since it is used. Smoke free home.
