NWB- Open box. We got it from a raffle thing at a work party, and there’s absolutely nothing wrong with it; we just got weirded out by the fact that it was listening for our voices lol 😂 so it was plugged in and tested VERY briefly. The device has been reset, so when you receive it, you can go right into setup mode (download the Alexa App first, then hold down the button on the top with the dot). These instructions can be found in the manual and you can look up how to do it online as well.
