Absolutely one of a kind top. Unfortunately it doesn’t fit me :( I can’t find much about the brand but it appears to be made in the late 90s-early 2000s giving me some Britney Spears vibes. Thrifted it so I don’t know the original price but it was expensive at the store. Tag says small not sure if it’s adult or kids sized
