Amazing art deco-styled sequined capelet

NWOT I ordered this to wear for a 1920s flapper party that never happened. Gorgeous gold sequins were sewn onto the black mesh by hand. This would be perfect for a formal event to dress up a simple black dress or for a costume party. Looks a like something Cleopatra might wear. It hooks at the neck and can be worn with the opening in front or back. This is stunning on!
