Amazing Y2K mini skirt

This skirt is in perfect condition and is soooo adorable. Just look at the stitching and the buttons!!! I love it so much but it’s too small 😭😭 I have tried to look it up in a different size and can’t find exact skirt anywhere! It’s about 14” across- see photo reference (sorry I can’t find my tape measure!) Just trying to find this beauty a new home!!
