Amazing Vintage Sterling Silver Message Canister Pendant

Scroll that has never been used, with "I Wish" written crossed the top, I cleaned it up a little but needs to be cleaned, I will supply a Silver cleaning cloth, see pictures for detailed description. No markings but tested positive for Sterling silver by a Jeweler and the stone is a blue Zirconia.. Very heavy
