Amazing VINTAGE Neon Cropped Jacket Blazer

Handmade vintage. Open front. Button with gold chain closure. Double button cuff. Very light shoulder padding which can be removed. Bright, vivid colors. No fabric or tags but it looks like a silk screened silk dupioni fabric. Across bust 18 inches, waist 17 inches, shoulder to hem in front 20 inches and in back 19 inches. Sleeve length 23 1/2 inches. Best suited for a size XS/S or a 2/4. Excellent vintage condition. Tiny pull on the front tip of the fabric, not noticeable...see pics.
