Amazing Pleated Seersucker Skirt (with pockets!)

Full pleated skirt in a gorgeous blue & white seersucker fabric has convenient deep pockets on both front sides. Concealed side zipper with hook & eye closure. Sized a 16 but would likely work for a 12/14 also. See measurements in photos. Pairs beautifully with red heels, a white tank, and pale yellow cardigan. Absolutely one of my favorite pieces.
