Scrunched top to accentuate bust and waist nicely. Rhinestones from shoulder to around belly button. It was worn only ONE time to a wedding. Don't know why tag is gone n that's the ONLY reason it's so cheap! I believe it's a 2 or 4.. Excellent condition! Just got it dry cleaned cause it's been sitting in my closet! Great for weddings, proms, special occasions, etc.
