Amazing, Heavy, Wool, Avant-garde Tyrolean? Style Coat!

This is an interesting vintage coat. It has no size and no labels. It is 100% wool and it’s heavy. Red tassel “buttons down the front and some black soutache trim. It seems a bit asymmetrical and has panniers at the sides. Sleeves are very wide. Has a stand up collar. Measurements Pit to pit 26” Waist 21” Hip 22” Length 42.5”
