Amazing Glossy Black Pleated Pleather Mini Skirt

So cute! With a zillion accordion pleats making it nice and swingy. This is listed as a teen size but I think could fit a women’s S as well. It is 24” unstretched and has a lot of give, stretching to about 32”. The length is 16”.
